My money goes toward my various print and play projects. I’m in a bande à part and my teammates and I work in a variety of mediums, inspired by the bold lines of Kandinsky, the naturally playful work of Miró, the crashing energy and half-mad prose from Pynchon, to Aiken, Malcolm Lowry and Ginsberg, movies from The Killing of a Chinese Bookie to Moonlight to Badlands; the photography of Larry Clark 💫 and the bored kids of Tulsa, OK who did drugs and played with guns for the camera; and the divine Sasha Grey, going ATM with abandon. True romantics all of them. Punks and otherwave superstars. My heroes, my friends, my most cherished enemies.
